All Loose horses will be delivered from noon till 9 pm Friday, May
7th. Ride through horses will be delivered Saturday, May 8th from 8am till 10 am.
Horses will be catalogued in order of received. The partial catalogue will be posted Friday night with the final update on Saturday.
As BEAVER HILL AUCTIONS is acting only as an agent for the buyers and sellers, we do not guarantee any of the horses or any of the infomation provided by the consignors such as the information you see in the catalogue. You still must be aware and responsible of the risks involved.
Sale will start at 11 am Saturday
PREVIEWING: There will be opportunities to preview all the horses on Saturday am between 8 and 12 pm.
Following is specifically how this procedure will work:
There will be a gateman (security) operating the front gate and monitoring the alleys.
1.) If you have a ride-through horse to book in, you will be given a gate pass to come in and book in your horse and wait around till you ride it through the ring.
2.) If you would like to come and preview all the horses, you will be given a time-coded gate pass that will last one hour. After that hour is up, you will be asked to leave and you can bid online from there on. We will be letting in ONLY 20 people per hour and masks will be mandatory (even outside) or you will be asked to leave.
3.) BIDDING will be online only.
4.) Please read the terms & conditions and pre-register to bid.
5.) There will be an online fee of 5% added to all horse purchases.
6.) A service charge of 3% will be added to all invoices paid by credit card.
